The H.E.L Treaty

Short for Human Extinction League

Founded in 1921 international courts compiled a legal treaty between 10 countries around the world

Committing them to call off any military actions against one and other, along with political differences. The 10 countries would be obligated to commit all military forces and financial aid to the H.E.L

The Human extinction league was to be called into action only when Humanity in its entirety faced extinction from an overpowering opposition.  Only then would it be probable that countries in conflict with one and other would likely ceasefire to focus on the greater need.

Under the H.E.L treaty all countries had to abide by project reset, where by each and every year they are to invest, install and maintain a confidential safe location housing the relevant equipment to allow a surviving / diminishing populace protection and the ability to mine raw materials and manufacture, produce goods in order to survive.

This would be achieve using dates and somewhat manual methods or mining and manufacturing in the case of a worldwide catastrophe.   

Ibn theory this would allow Humans to retrieve the basics to maintain a community without the need for modern day technology. A somewhat old fashioned way of d9oing things.

Each of the locations within each of the participating countries, would become the governing capital. Responsible for the safety and rebirth of the human race surviving within.

Establishing law and order, raw material mining, basic manufacturing requirements, reproduction of the human race and basic society.  

Each participating country each year appointed/renewed a council to govern its facility. This council would in turn be in place already should the H.E.L treaty ever be called into action. This council would become a high priority figure during any disaster.

 

On that dark day in November 2017 the H.E.L treaty was called into actions in the last hours before the impact of Mortifera when the Global catastrophe unfolding became an inevitable reality.
